It's great to be back at Hebrew School! This week, after catching up from our Passover break, we began to learn about the Holy Temple- Beit Hamikdash, which stood in Jerusalem many years ago. At that time, it was the premier location where Jews would pray. Did you know that nowadays every synagogue is considered to be a "Mini" Holy Temple - Beit Hamikdash? It is a place for us to pray, learn and get together. It's important for our synagogues to look and feel as special and significant as they are. For this reason, there are so many magnificent synagogues throughout the world. Can you think of a beautiful synagogue that you have been to?
